Metal Stamping Department, which is one of our core manufacturing department in capabilities express, has been setup since 1998 and possessed more 60 different punch machines from 6.3 ton to 315 ton, pulsed high frequency welding machines, spot welding machines, hydraulic bending press, hydraulic plate-shearing machines, riveting machines, and other auxiliary machines for products stamping. It is able to punch various non-ferrous metal products and sheet metal product. In order to facilitate the stamping production, we setup the tooling workshop which undertakes the tool design, fabrication and maintenance.
